My sister lives in Minneapolis (Uptown) and is moving to the suburbs to escape the rise in crime.

Hello,For transparency, I'm new to investing based in Minneapolis, actively looking for my first purchase here in my area.However, I'm ALSO looking into another market for future endeavors and wanted to begin to network with investors/realtors in the Nebraska (most likely Omaha or Lincoln) area in the hopes of getting a feel for the market and building connections in the area. 

Working with the City of Minneapolis during COVID is very challenging.

Does anyone know of a good contractor in the Minneapolis area?

I am a newbie investor out of Minneapolis looking to grow my portfolio and eventually exit corporate America to manage my own properties using my training as a corporate and business attorney.

My wife and I recently finished renovating a duplex in Minneapolis and are now stuck trying to find renters at the best time of the year.  :-) We are being approached by individuals who lead group homes for disabled adults. 

I live in the Minneapolis metro area which isn’t ideal for BRRRR so I am looking for potential markets to long distance invest.

I currently own a rental property in Minneapolis.

Especially in Minneapolis with sub zero temps in the winter.
