I recently had an appraiser tell me that he gets so much desktop business that he hardly ever leaves to look at houses anymore even when he is hired to provide a more in-depth appraisal.  

I ended up with an accidental 3 bedroom rental in the Canyons Village as I had originally bought it a couple of years ago for personal use, and then after spending a bunch of time in PC during the summer I decided to buy a house and turn this property into a rental.

The desktop version has a lot more tools available.
