FICO Score Source

After an evening of research, I’ve yet to find a source for me to obtain a FICO score on prospective tenants. Is anyone currently using the FICO score as part of your screening model and if so, where are you obtaining the information at? 🤔

    Aloha,

As a bricks and mortar Realty Co., just set up a Business account direct with Equifax to run your consumer reports. It takes all of a minute to enter the info needed to get an instant, FULL, report on a prospective Tenant right from your desktop. They do have rules, and may make a live visit to verify you are legit and that you have a secure method to maintain your files. They also randomly check for proper signatures authorizing you to pull the reports on your application documents, so you need to keep all application packages at least a couple years. I do not know what the cost is currently, as I don't pay those invoices, but I am sure they are still under $10 per person. I've used them for over 20 years. As one of the Big Three credit bureaus, with all their years of data, their info is most reliable as far as I am concerned.
