Can anyone provide any feedback on the delivery rate, response rate and pros and cons etc?

Delivery times are 6-7 months plus 6 months of construction.

For reference I currently work as a Pizza Hut delivery driver and is what I’m paying my bills with.

Uber, food delivery, Amazon delivery, etc.

As for paying a contractor- some contractors will have enough capital to cover materials up front (usually anyone doing enough jobs has this kind of funding available), some however do not and it's okay to be asked to pay for the product/materials upfront - especially if you're ordering anything custom that costs more (again, either buy the materials yourself or ask for an itemized receipt at order, not upon delivery). 

@Vanessa Regalado thank you vaness I have sent notice to cease and tracking number shows it got delivery to her on 3/26 th.

Lowes declined to make a delivery, due to it not being a full load.  

Hi Wendy,It might be wise to ask for a written list of items.If they pull the hot water heater, or the thermostat, or the furnace, or the outside A/C Coils, or the exterior door locks you might want to (re-negotiate) with them about those items--or maybe not depending on the age re service life left in them.That will also let you build a punch list of buy items (re supply delivery shortages due to Covid) and maybe pre-buy them.Just my 2 cents.
