Writing a weekly rental agreement may put you in a situation of offfering temp. housing and zoning issues which may bar you from enforcement and eviction issues.

It’s a pretty big relocation company who works with insurance company to provide temp housing to families recently had flood/fire and needs time to repair their house.The rent is a little bit higher than normal and payment won’t be a problem as the company will pay.

I would suggest looking into Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ.Low property taxes, values have been steadily rising, lots of events with high demand for short term rentals (Spring Training, Waste Open), lots of snow birds, ASU students, etc.There are some HOAs here that can be a pain would be the only negative IMO, but there are also plenty of properties in non-HOA areas

After a difficult to cure heat outage this winter with 6 calls to the repair guy and electrician we installed a monitor for the boiler temperature to warn us of temp drops in advance of tenants calls.

This is in CA though so the cold temps aren't much of an issue so your mileage may vary, but definitely look into it as it's so much easier to maintain than carpet AND it's not so easily destroyed by water and scratches like hardwood.

Set to the correct setting & temp and C. that the Fan is turned to On/Auto.  

Either way, my end goal will be to house hack a property wherever I go to college ( San Diego or Tempe)after refinancing my first rental property for my sophomore or junior year of college so 1.5-2.5 years from now, which way do you think would be easier to reach my end goal?
