Wanted to be more active on BP now that I got one financial hurdle out of the way.So far, I reached out to a lender regarding what type of loans I could be pre-qualified for, and from my understanding, this shouldn't affect my credit score.

Self storage investors, or anyone interested in self-storage investing, what hurdles are you facing right now? 

On the flip side, some sellers don't like dealing with the extra hurdles of the VA loan, and would prefer a conventional buyer.

The hurdle I think our friend needs to get over will be pulling the trigger once he finds a good fit.

From a logistical standpoint, our location gives us a huge advantage.You can access almost 60% of the US population within 1 days drive.Along with that, many large automakers (Ford, Toyota etc.) have committed a significant amount of resources to Kentucky.They wouldn't have done so if they didn't believe in the future of the economy.I think the biggest hurdle we'll have to overcome is our state & local tax laws.I know Elon has been eyeing Tenessee for that reason (i.e. no state income tax). 

I admit I have a spoiled tenant because I would normally go above and beyond and service this unreasonable request, as we too want to be the Chik-fil-a of the industry, but now I’m like, really?
