If a buyer can't exit a Sub-2 by selling or refinancing quickly, they have no business doing a Sub-2 deal.I also see your feeling sorry was to your remarks following mine going down that road, not an apology at all.

What they've done regarding restoring power/services, with the road to pine island and the Sannibel Causeway thus far is pretty remarkable.
