Make sure your lease is tight and your tenants know your expectations up front, and let the smaller irritations roll off of you...

Whenever I questioned a figure or ask for clarification, that gentleman who had the EA designation seemed irritated or abrupt answering my questions.

Have your agent get with the program, put up as many pictures as possible, consider a price adjustment and you'll attract the buyers you need, or if you get really irritated get your license and list it yourself. 

Do you know if its toxic to humans?

I really was looking for someone like you to tell me what wouldn't just irritate the crap out of them! 

they are the most irritating, stupid, BS-loaded sites ever devised. 

There are people that buy wetlands, and toxic waste sites for that matter, but if you aren't one of them, pass. 

They'll be irritated, but they kind of sprung this on me with no warning and caught me off guard.

An agent who might very well work harder and get paid less is likely going to be rather irritated with the wholesaler who appears to have done very little for more money.

The answer could be simply that you're missing key partner (knowledge/experience) or it would just be easier if you saved up for six more months.In other non-real estate deals, I had to dig deeper to discover the source of irritation.
