I only know of a couple of states where this is defined as brokering but there will likely be more soon as several state realtor associations are lobbying hard for the change so if your in this for the long haul you may want to consider getting a real estate license.

In fact, I would lobby to have this called a 5th chief profit center for real estate.

Again, no returned phone calls in this scenario either.I think we all need to lobby for severe penalties for these agents acting in unprofessional manners.

Sometimes, free speech should be illegal, like yelling fire in a theater. :)

History:As you may recall, we lobbied hard last year to maintain the right for individuals to make up to five seller financed transactions per year before being subject to mortgage originator licensing, etc...

Theater rooms are very popular as well.Champions Gate/Reunion/Encore certainly seem to be the hot bed in Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney.

It is next door to a JCPenny.The neighborhood is a clutter of all popular retails: Walmart, Costco, JCPenny, Movie theater, popular eating places, etc...

The Walton family (Wal-Mart) just invested millions of dollars on a few large projects in our downtown (hotel, apartments, theater/entertainment center) because they see the long term viability.
