Give in now and be prepared for the floodgate of demands over TONS of other stuff They just realized that you are soft and can be pushed around....have fun with that.....Yes, throwing down some seed is easy and cheap....... and I would easily have done that for a nice and respectful tenant that asked for it.....but be an a-hole and threaten me with discrimination allegations and its GAME OVER......this isn't about how easy or cheap the fix is....this is about your future relationship with these tenantsThis is a test..... who runs the show.... you choose......

April is a GREAT time to start the rental season here and having 60 days to gut a place, put new into the unit and raise revenues.... well that's exactly my strategy - I just dont like tossing someone to the streets to do it however.Just think about the potential hard / soft costs of eviction... you can probably kiss any judgement goodby.

My concern was that they are replacing a towel bar for $50.00.

I also did a soft title search on my own and contacted town assessor and code enforcement. 

All I really had to do was wash the linens on the beds and the few towels they used.
