I have scouted the area, and given that its your daughter, you wouldn't want to buy something and renting it out.

I've been scouting on Zillow for good deals, but it looks like a good amount of the properties that were recently sold are not showing up on my search.

Ok, back to scouring the MLS and scouting locations.

As mentioned before, we are happy to help or scout the area if you want an insider perspective.

That could be a good option as well as I still get to do the PM stuff, plus be in the industry and while driving around I can scout investments for myself.

As I began to scout the Augusta market, all I could see was opportunity.

I have not been active in those areas yet because I have not had the opportunity for fully scout them out.

My opinion- Establish a few benchmarks such as minimum project ROI for your company and scout both markets simultaneously for opportunities that will meet those benchmarks.
