I'm not Alina and I don't want to speak for her, but one potential angle that one can take is that a 7 to 10 year holding period might be relatively safer than a 3 year holding period at this moment in time because a good syndicator will secure a 13 year term loan at a nice low rate and will be able to ride out the next down cycle.
