I am finding it to be very informative, but the narrator keeps referring to diagrams and work sheets on the "bonus CD"....well, the audio version did not come with a CD.Does anyone out there in BP land have a bonus CD to this book that I could buy for a reasonable amount, plus shipping?

There are currently 10 items, which I affectionately refer to as the "10 Deadly Sins" that if they are included in your Wisconsin residential rental agreement will render the agreement void and unenforceable.In my representation of landlords over the past 20 years, the two most frequent situations in which I have found an illegal provision in a rental agreement were because: (1) the landlord decided to draft his/her own rental agreement and didn't know that Wisconsin law prohibited him/her from including certain language, and (2) the landlord used a rental agreement that s/he found on the internet that was not drafted by a person knowledgeable about Wisconsin landlord-tenant law.Section 704.44 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth the prohibited provisions.You cannot include a provision in your Wisconsin residential rental agreement that:1.

Certainly this is not the case for everyone but a cautionary tale nonetheless-especially being out of State.My CPA is referring this investor to me because he knows I like the Lansing, MI area where prices are similar but taxes are lower, labor cost lower, and lots of economic development because it is the State capital.To your success!

, while the more expensive listings (over $3M) are seeing longer days on market, bigger price drops, and inventory starting to pile up (still under 6 months in that category however, which is actually really low for that price point as it typically takes longer to sell higher-end properties, so we're just getting back to normal finally there). 13 months of inventory is full-on buyer's market territory however, that's what I was referring to above in the smokeys convo (a market that I know nothing about hence my question about inventory there, which drives other metrics like list price to sale price ratio, average DOM's, etc.).
