We find asbestos in the Chicago suburbs all the time as a pipe insulation, and the common recommendation is to leave it alone and just wrap it up with plastic wrap or something along those lines to prevent it from crumbling.

Try to prepared for anything that can happen.I was and wasn’t properly prepared for that brain aneurism and stroke that stroke that happened when I was 54 just two days before preventing surgery thanks to me taking a MRI and saw that problem but before that happened,I was told by my regular Doctor my condition was perfect.

These are also available at Walmart, etc. and act to keep heat from leaving windows.2) Caulking around windows and doors to help seal the air in.3) Putting plastic sheeting over louvered windows that won't crank shut, to at least restrict outside cold air flow.

I called, they came out to rewire the transmitter, and the next billing cycle I got a monster-sized bill with the appropriate usage for the past 13 months.Your meter will either be in your basement/crawlspace where water service enters the building, or out in the parkway under the gray 10" plastic cap.
