Out for the year with 2 surgeries
I was planning on doing my first live-in flip this year, but it looks like I'll need to wait for 2020. I have two hip surgeries that need to be done over the course of 2019 that will leave any kind of manual labor impossible.
So let me ask you experts- if you were planning to get into RE and someone said you had to wait a year, what would you do to prepare yourself for when you can begin?
