That when I seen the vision with real estate investing especially with the roller coaster ride of the stock market.

If you call 20+ banks you should find one that will work with your vision/goals.

So here's an ideal that just came into my mind, and the opportunity has been there all along, but with out any real estate knowledge I had no vision on what to do with.

(buy a duplex and pay 3.5% down)This is not to sound mean but many people won’t be willing to lend you their money if you don’t have any experience or a real vision of what your goal in mind is.

There is no better feeling when you have created something from your own vision and turn it into equity/cashflow.For a first project, I would only suggest expecting more work than you anticipate.

I'm looking to scale a portfolio...managing the properties at a detailed level isn't part of that vision :P
