Still pending, but I am optimistic that this will be a successful long term investment that should be able to achieve consistent cash flow.

@Bobby MaynorI was in my home for over 10yrs plus and they tried to bully me out of the property...Needless to say we have a legal case pending against this person and his company. 

I checked in that evening and he said he couldn’t make it out but that he would go the next day, then right after, told me the property was pending.
