Just Finished College, Valdosta, GA
This week I graduated from college with my bachelor’s degree. I managed to finish school with no debt. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast from oldest to newest and I recently listened to a couple that have really gotten me interested. One on getting started, where the guest explained making offers on houses. The other on land. I have a 700+ credit score, and have a good job in E-commerce that I’ve held for over 3 years.
My short term plan:
-Watch what happens to the market while I save up for my first purchase.
-Continue to educate myself. Look more into buying land and rentals. I have an acquaintance that is getting into real estate, I will talk with him and watch his progress.

@Nathan Gesner I second the idea of getting a house or multifamily unit and house hacking. Single, good credit, good job....that is a great opportunity.
