What brand of lock are you using and what brand/model of wireless router?

Currently cable comes into house, connects to modem than to router which sends out wifi signals and also through ports and ethernet cords.   

I listed the apartment as nonsmoking - a month into the lease she tells me she smokes .

Honestly, I would prefer to not attend the hearing because I don’t want to be too defensive or reactive in front of the committee (the office told me she’s going).I decided to call her landlord because I found it odd that after she got the first warning last yr and the hearing notice recently, he wouldn’t have tried to give her any kind of warning.

She told me she advises I list for 375 and I’ll probably get 380 and I’m happy with that.

When I spoke to a person who investigated the issue for me she did mention that they were aware and did forget to communicate that to me. 

In her last contact with me she claims that I knew she was having issues paying rent and I could have started the RCAPS application months ago as if that's my responsibility.I have kept track of all my communication with her.
