Hey Jack, There are two types of loans investors use in their BRRRR strategy. 1.

House care, lawn care, condition of cars, street conditions, absence of pay-day loan shops... basically all the things you look for when determining where to live yourself. 

I could very well see people taking advantage of people in this situation, which would be a terrible thing to do.

Hi Amanda, I think this is where most borrowers get confused on a DSCR loan.

That is important when considering a conventional conforming loan.
