I am thinking it would be nice to have a Turnkey MLS system.. were all turn key companies can just list their homes there for anyone to see.. and the buyers can determine if they need to have an agent represent them or not.... there is a purpose for agents and middlemen.. many of the actual turnkey companies are not well staffed on the sales side and simply do not have the time to play 50 questions from a buyer this is were the agent would come into play and earn money holding the hands of the buyer..
