Just do the following:- Go to Google and search for "best type of property to invest in" (no quotes)- Click on 2 links in the search results: the first one starts with apartment-penang (ranked 1 when I checked) and the second one has propertyinvesting as the domain name (ranked 5 when I checked).Both these sites have some interesting information as to the pluses and minuses of buying different forms of real estate and may be of interest to you.

This has been talked about for years but there would need to be a good amount of land taking by eminent domain and the reality of it is I do not see it happening in the next 20 years.
