I want to set up a website - Where do I start?

I'm looking into setting up a website and would like to be able to post before and after photos of my rehabs as well as other investing info. I'm just not sure where to start. Is there a site for hosting that you would recommend that is easy for someone like me who needs some guidance? I don't mind paying some small fees, but I don't want to spend a ton of money. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
