I decided to sell my duplex in Las Vegas which I bought in 2013.When I purchased it I was told I shared a water and sewer line with the neighboring property.

I currently inherited a house/land in Guam but I live in Las Vegas. 

Account Closed Every market is different but if you look at what happened in 2008, some markets like Phoenix, Las Vegas, Atlanta, parts of CA and most of FL were devastated.

Given the complexity of navigating the new laws portals have their hands full adhering with The '40 Act, compliance with 506(c), RIA registration, broker-dealer affiliation for OFAC, AML, Patriot Act, etc.  

If so it still applies just run your p&l as usual.
