I used a local buyers-agent, he took alot of hassle out of my hands, he was worth the $$ and then some.

I want to bring on one more top agent and also hire another admin to take more work of my plate.On a personal side, we are going on 6 trips each year (sounds amazing, but I still work more days in a year than in my former corporate life, because I usually don't get weekends off).

.- Check with your insurance agent ASAP.You'll need to file a claim and get a claim number.Try to get an insurance adjustor in ASAP, so you can start pumping water out, removing all water damaged drywall and get dehumidifiers in. - Note: the insurance company's adjustor will try to minimize your claim amount.

They have other nice benefits also such as not charging for appraisals if the deal doesn’t close, a great reputation amongst local listing agents with meeting deadlines/ great customer service/ getting the job done with no b.s. and they can often close in under 14 days.
