Now, if you were a block or 2 into jersey city which has legalized them and is charging an occupancy tax then that would be a good move.

He taught me that the end of the block was more valuable than a lot in the center of the block and that a stoplight at an intersection made the corners more valuable.

Unfortunately, it has not resulted in the home prices on the surrounding blocks to appreciate in price like how Barclays center did to apartments and houses in Brooklyn.
