I currently have a multi family on the palisades very near hoboken. Weehawken seems to be booming with Airbnb’s. Anyone have success stories with UC? Any pros and cons would be great. I also hear is illegal but the difference in income is staggeringly least for when I ran the numbers.

Union city has laws restricting rentals to above 30 days. Now, if you were a block or 2 into jersey city which has legalized them and is charging an occupancy tax then that would be a good move.
