I aspire to own multiple properties in the future but i think if I househack, even if i get no cashflow and have to pay part of the mortgage, I can save for another few years and have another downpayment and able to buy another 2 family or even a triplex.

Currently, I am in the process of studying to gain my real estate license with my 18th birthday being a few months away, and I wanted to ask for any tips for a young aspiring investor like myself.

They have aspirations of having $1M in the bank so they can enjoy life with their kids, travel, etc.

I feel that it would be more beneficial to just put yourself out there on here (your success, failures, dreams & aspirations, things you've learned) and the people who are meant to help you on your RE investing journey will naturally gravitate to you.
