Hello, this will be my first post on BP. I have had my account for quite a while and well frankly I forgot about it. However, now that I have graduated high school, I am getting more serious about real estate and plan to use BP as a resource. 

So I live in a little town about 3 hours north of San Francisco called Ukiah. It's a pretty small town and I'm planning on leaving within the year. I will probably relocate to the Sacramento area. I'm currently doing the online classes required to take the Real Estate Salesperson test. I also want to eventually invest in real estate as well. 

Lastly, any other advice for an aspiring 18 year old?
