I wouldn't want to use them to to a double closing on a deal.MLS... going after deals that have sat on the market for a long time and I'm calling the agents to make sure I'm not competing... otherwise, your right, I'm wasting a shitload of time.

i'm full time (usually with overtime as well)..my buddies will tell you that i work 7 days a week usually..i went full time very quickly, but it was probably because i don't need a lot of money to live off of...decided to to go full and did it within 4 months...i had some money saved up to help me live at first as well so that helped too

I am just trying to make sure I look at all my options because the double closing you have to use the banks title company but once you sign you tell them that you title company is going to to a courtesy close and that is how you can do the double closing right, without having to explain to the banks title company.
