Someone also mentioned they knew of someone else having a crane lift the existing trusses and roof and just adding block around exterior walls to raise height and then redo interior walls.

I also work as an interior designer and home stager.

Downside is that no financing is available and you mostly don't get an opportunity to inspect the interior of the property..I'm also a licensed real estate broker and attorney.

And someone saved you the vinyl asbestos tile removal/disposal headache but you can see the marks from the pull up....maybe some good bones left and ideally it looks better for the outside, so much interior work to go...Best of luck

It's one thing to have one of the nicest houses to attract the best tenant but that interior looks over-over improved to be in a d area...? 

Mostly cosmetic, wall paper removal, fixing walls, new flooring, interior paint walls and ceilings, fixture replacement, and a patio.

Perhaps you could post some pics of the interior- that is if you are looking for specific ideas for rehabbing inside?

People tend  to only think about interior rehab only.
