Someone also mentioned they knew of someone else having a crane lift the existing trusses and roof and just adding block around exterior walls to raise height and then redo interior walls.

Downside is that no financing is available and you mostly don't get an opportunity to inspect the interior of the property..I'm also a licensed real estate broker and attorney.

And someone saved you the vinyl asbestos tile removal/disposal headache but you can see the marks from the pull up....maybe some good bones left and ideally it looks better for the outside, so much interior work to go...Best of luck
