I'd recommend attending local real estate meet ups to network with other investors and contractors if you plan to do a renovation.

I would like to connect with other local investors, contractors, property managers, local lender and other vendors to complete the whole BRRRR project.

It isn’t very profitable compared to my US investments but it is way more enjoyable.

The biggest thing though is wherever you invest you hand select a great team to help you get started from a great realtor, contractor, property manager, and attorney
