I don't know much about EXIT and what they offer, however, I can speak of Keller Williams as they have and do a extensive amount of workshops and classes for new realtors.

Together they'll bring six workshops on entrepreneurship to the neighborhood that will be free and open to the public.

I went to BPCon last year, but registered too late to be able to attend any of the workshops.

I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

I recently came across this strategy and I am actually participating in a free workshop to learn about it and possibly implement this strategy into my real estate investing journey.

Are the lunches/ evening events open to no participants or is there and "event" pass where one can participate in some of the fun events without attending the workshops?
