It’s also my first project as a construction supervisor, as I just recently obtained my unrestricted license in my state. 

So with that, I do not want to say I'm getting into this to try and be rich but would rather have the freedom from that wealth to make it to my daughters mid-day school function, meet my wife for lunch without checking in with a supervisor, or just simply have the freedom to take the family on a real trip etc.

I am currently an assistant reset supervisor for a local grocery store chain.

Usually later than 8am, because I was shift supervisor and my boss wanted me to wait around for him to tell him of what happened the night before.

I wound up opening a few workplaces for the organization and turned into a national deals mentor showing achievement and inspiration to a large number of individuals the nation over.

High school drop outs are not desired in the work place. 

They have salesmen , subs and supervisors .  

And btw, the pass through for mortgage increase was repealed by that supervisor shortly anyways. 

Also, I HAVE called animal control twice myself and even asked for a supervisor and they tell me that even though I am the owner, I can't report it unless I experience it and that the tenant who experiences it needs to be the one to provide details as to time/date/how long, etc.  

As I am just getting my feet wet, I'm learning the importance of connecting with local offices, township supervisors, etc.I went to a township supervisors meeting 3 days after I closed on my first property to introduce myself, told them about my plans, etc.
