I think if they have been smoking in the unit for 4 years the chances of them fully complying with a new "non-smoking" policy are virtually zero. 

If you show that passion in multi family world... and begin connecting with other local folks around your own back yard... and begin creating connections that will allow you to gain positive advantage over other folks who are not networking and not creating their own local and virtual network in the world of real estate... then what will end up happening... is quiet simple... 

BP because it's an awesome place to learn more information about a subject that has a lot of facets and Denver because the weather is amazing, the food/art scene is pretty great and there's a lot of healthy/cool people that live here.

Of course, at 100% financing, you don't have much basis (really, virtually none), but you will have other closing costs. 

I’d be in favor of me becoming capable of creating Money virtually out of thin air like they do, however.

Zach Crawford I recommend taking virtual workshop through Scott Carson .Buying a note with absolutely no understanding is the equivalent of trying to put a car together without any instructions.

Or rely on my realtor to do a virtual tour of some houses?
