I am currently living in an opportunity zone in North Park, and while I was not able to do enough work on my property to qualify, because of the major work being done around my place, my house has appreciated much faster compared to the rest of SD which is still appreciating at a remarkable level.

I have had a remarkable amount of responses and it hard to get to each individual one.

Nevertheless, I cannot deny that Grant was unkind to Devin.

Aside from from disparaging remarks towards the sheriff (not wise), it was relatively uneventful. 

It's a remarkable management tool.

I'm not saying it can't be done, but to do it profitably and more importantly with LESS HASSLE than what you can accomplish in your own town is a remarkable skill. 

It is still is the most remarkable landlord story I have ever heard.

(I turned down both without even seeing the numbers.)Both owners had the same story, quickly burnt out by the business end of it.Both remarked on the staffing issues being a huge headache, and the low returns.People must be making money on it though, because several nice looking new places have been constructed near me in the past few years.But as for me, I'll stick to regular market rate rentals.That's just my thoughts on it.Good Luck!
