I find flaws in all types of info published in reputable journals.

In my most recent potential deals I have uncovered what seems to be the basis of good seller motivation, ie.. family financial crisis requiring a quick cash sale of property, but I have been unable to convert that motivation into a signed contract.

This is, BTW a big flaw not only in this law but also the Simpson mazzoli act of 1986.

Thanks for asking this question Dan - I too am looking for suggestions for our first rehab project.We uncovered beautiful hardwoods in the 3 bedrooms and living room - Plan to get them cleaned up and refinish them (Mr Sandless was the best price).

My perception (which could be flawed) tells me that the middle class is disappearing at the moment, and may be for a while until things balance out - Probably more into tech and alternative energy, agriculture, etc...

Any comments about flaws in the notes are appreciated as well.
