I've done some rehabs to make it livable, but I'm finding it a bit challenging to rent out as a 6 bed, 2.5 bath house, whether as a whole or by renting out individual rooms.

We purchased it in November 2020 right before the pandemic at a purchase price of $330,000, a 3 bed 2 bath with a detached garage that was converted into a small room.

Hi all, my tenant is having some issues regarding his shared driveway, and I am hoping to get some advice on how to help him out.There really isn't any street parking, it's a tight street. 

I built half a dozen homes in Seaside Or on the hill above town and half way up my street was the start of the safe zone for Tsunami  when you put that into perspective..

Fresh landscaping, new paint, new layout, add a bath, a room, a garage, finish the basement, new roof, kitchen etc are just some ways to add 20,30,40K to the value with sometimes minimal investment.

Does the tenant fit the house (like a family of 6 for a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment) isn't a good fit.
