After doing a full mold inspection of the house it came back that the kitchen had Stachybotrys species mold in it and the bathroom had Brown spore type mold with minimal amounts.Is this something I should worry about if I were to purchase the home (after the seller remediates the issue) and move in for 6 months at the least (FHA loan).

You don't have to choose one type of REI and stick with it forever - you strategy can (and should) evolve as your situation and goals change - so be honest with yourself about your resources (financial, time, energy, interest) and don't jump into something just because that's what everyone else is doing, or because it fits your idea of what kind of REI you *should* get into.

This means you cannot limit the species, breed, size, etc.If you are unfamiliar with service animals and how to deal with them, I highly recommend you do some research.
