I am reading and learning regularly here on BP, hoping to make some contacts with experience or skills I can learn from first hand.  

I am very skilled in most all of the trades.

You could have a high income earner who just blows money or doesn't have any organizational skills.

Because of this, my DYI skills are insufficient for self-installation (plus I can't pull my own permit for the work anyway), so I will end up with at least TWICE the cost of a regular water heater, but really more like 3-4 times as high.  

You work with lots of end buyers, try to use this skill of yours (paying attention to detail) to work with investors and help them out with maybe seeing things that they don't.

I (me, with my little girly skills) replaced the corner outlet with a 4 USB outlet.

I've bought a couple houses on my own now, but I like the idea of having a group of people with aligned interests and varied skills.

I've begun my real estate investor journey and am currently working on my property analysis technique/skills.

I can potentially offer value by practicing this skill on deals of your own or by assisting with other areas of your business.For now, I would like to limit my target areas to the Livonia/Westland area.

If you can afford to own basically anything for 10-20 years, you will be a happy camper with no skill or luck required.
