Well-Read Newbie Ready to Act
Hello Detroit-Area Community. I have just moved near the southern border of Livonia a few months ago from Toledo Ohio and am eager to get started with investing in real estate. At this time, I am primarily interested in learning the real estate wholesaling business.
After reading many books I believe that I know the fundamentals but would love the chance to sit down and pick the mind of a seasoned investor and/or anyone that has ties to the wholesaling business.
I believe that my first hurdle to jump through is learning how to evaluate after repair values as well as repair costs. I can potentially offer value by practicing this skill on deals of your own or by assisting with other areas of your business.
For now, I would like to limit my target areas to the Livonia/Westland area.
