THE SHOW FLIP THIS HOUSE IS DECEIVING AND THOSE SO CALLED WE MADE THIS MUCH PROFIT CLAIMS ARE AN EXAGGERATION, i LIVE IN SAN ANTONIO AND THE SO CALLED ROACH HOUSE THEY FIXED, IS UP FOR RENT, THE FENCE IS CHEAP AND THE FLOWER BUSH DOES NOT EXIST, THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE WHAT THEY DO GREAT, BUT IF YOU DECEIVE THE PUBLIC THE WAY THEY DID, THEY DESERVE TO BE TAKEN OFF THE AIR.

That's expensive and depends so much on what you want.Of the houses we did last year, the remodeling costs ran from $28,000 to $60,000 and all involved new roofs, some new Heating and Air, new kitchens etc.

I have spent many days fixing leaking toilets, repairing damage done by tenants, and evicting tenants - that's the reality of the rental property business.If I thought it was more profitable and would provide a better lifestyle, I would start a hardware store, a janitorial business, a portable toilet business, etc.
