Hi everyone, I just wanted to say hi. I joined a couple days ago and have been lurking through the posts. I'm a newly licensed RE agent here in Indy and I have passion for learning the investment end.

I also wanted to thank the creators of this site for hosting such a great resource free from the BS that sometimes accompanies this subject.
