So once you hope that plane to California you 1.) increase your cost-of-living and 2.) net less in your paycheck to pay for the cost-of-living!  

Anyone can fly a plane strait and level in good clear weather.

We're planing for the future and our opinions are a little lopsided.

Is that (completely rough) estimate $20/sq ft or $50/sq ft. 4.) 99% of the time pictures are better than it will look in person, after you’ve bought a plane ticket.

I’m flying the plane, but I’m having a licensed mechanic check my engine before I take off each time. 

about to close in 2 days on our first rental, debating on what kind of flooring to use in the basement. carpet the bedroom and stairs in the basement, but the living room/den thinking of Laminate flooring, the lock/click kind.upstairs is original hard wood floors. and carpet in one of the bedrooms. any one have recommendation on basement flooring. been told to just carpet it since its a basement and we live in MN (the state that gets freezing cold) (i also plane to install myself)

I currently work full time selling IT hardware/software to the Navy and Marines and spend nearly every week on a plane.  

I always look in LR and NLR but the good deals on paper always look a lot more dicey after I buy a plane ticket and see them in person.

I'm planing to take a trip down to the midwest in November (Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Indy) to get some understanding on these markets and setup a team in one of these cities. 

The local government are working on upgrading the airport so larger planes can land (currently only 12 seater single engines can) and the 3-hour road from the next major city has recently been upgraded.
