Hey Gang...I was hoping to see if anyone has found a software that can take property characteristic information off property search websites like Realtor.com or any other type of real estate web site and automatically filter property characteristics by number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc.into comps?

I've also seen a ton of auction web sites (and have also read up on how to tell the authenticity between them).

Seems to only be so much book/web learning you can do without getting involved somehow.What were your starting experiences like?

Personally, I've found many mobile home parks not to even be listed anywhere on the web.

The signature includes the web address for the investors.

However, I now have a concern.A former person I had contracted with in my digital/web business was involved in some sketchy nonsense.
