Also, currently, it's only set up to work with realtor.com so apply filters there and draw a polygon for your area.

Just make sure you disclose the set-up to your insurance company.

I'm not excited on doing a month to month because I'd like to get all my tenants locked in (my strategy is a rent by room for multiple rooms in a SFH) so I can get my leases set up to my lender for the next property. 

The key is having all of your financing set up and being ready to move fast!
