I tried accessing DORA's website but could not find that info.5)If I study online, may I still receive physical mentoring (face to face)?

So my first step will be to read and hopefully find a good mentor that will benefit from someone willing to work nights and weekends to help in their ventures while I learn along the way.  

I'm looking for mentor who would be able to offer me guidance and answer and any questions I might have.

You may want to consider having you added in a junior lien position with a set dollar amount that you both can agree on.  

@James W.If you buy at an auction that was started by a junior lien, then you will have to negotiate something or pay off the senior liens in order to clear your title.

They hired me because I had expressed interest in them mentoring me and helping me get started in real estate investing...they were in need of someone to help them manage properties, and I was in need of experience, so they asked me if I would manage a few units.

Junior liens, junior judgments and code violations if they are named/served, get wiped.Some state liens May survive, not sure about which.
