We currently use Podio, but we hired a developer to customize it further, tailoring it more closely to our systems and processes.If you are just starting out, you could use the basic Podio template and continue customizing it over time.

The proximity to hospitals , downtown fort myers & military presence makes it the ideal location. 

I am targeting properties with two or more units and ideally a garage when I look for rentals, and there are many of these within the city that will cashflow.

It has become so big that customer support is almost nonexistent unless you pay for the highest tier of pricing.
