Also, excellent iPhone app that's great for just keeping up with messages from tenants or seeing which payments are missing.

Not sure what the rules are for putting contact info on the forums but I think it might be best to start a text group chat if everyone has iPhones 

I wasn't there the day the photos were taken, so I don't know if it was an actual professional (which I kinda doubt) or the realtor herself with an iPhone (which I kinda suspect).

I've played around with freee versions of 'SPOTR' and 'Real Estate Calculator'(for IPhone/iOS users) a little bit and they seem to be pretty decent at calculating/providing the basic information for an initial overview or evaluation, but for in depth analysis I seem to inevitably revert back to the Excel spreadsheet.
