Mobile app for Landlord?

I have been managing my rental property on excel but I really want to put all that info on my iphone. I came across this app called DIYLandLord which looks very promising.

I'm testing the app. It works pretty well and does what I need. I have to pay for more tenants. Before I commit to buying, I'm just wondering if anyone has used this app and made the add-on purchase and how is your experience? I have never bought anything on the app store so thought I'd ask first.
